PMH Labs has notified MDUSD that they are not able to continue providing nurses to conduct COVID PCR testing at District sites. Because of this, we are no longer offering COVID PCR testing at this time. However, we may be able to provide rapid, at-home COVID tests at schools, while supplies last.
The hours listed below are not in effect at this time.
Testing is ONLY for MDUSD students/staff except for community testing* available on Saturdays at Concord High (see below). Student Athletes will have priority.
Tests provided are PCR tests. Results are typically available in 3 business days. Please see the contact information on this page for PMH Labs. A phone number and email are available for inquiries into the status of your result.
Preregistration online is no longer required. However, you must write the patient's insurance provider and record number at the top or bottom of the Patient Request Form (PRF) OR complete the Uninsured Patient Form and submit with the PRF. Please see the "Steps for Testing" section on this page for the required forms.
For the safety of those on our school campuses, we recommend that staff/students with notable active symptoms (congestion, fever, vomiting) see their primary health provider or test at one of the locations noted on the MDUSD website under "Other Testing Locations.” However, no staff or students will be turned away from an MDUSD testing site. Please be sure to be masked and observe social distancing.

Do not eat, drink, or smoke within 20 minutes of the test.
Once all forms have been confirmed and submitted, a registered nurse will assist you with the test.
Tests are done with oral swab in your mouth. You will do this yourself under supervision.
Please remember to practice physical distancing, wear a mask, and wash your hands frequently with soap and water, or use hand sanitizer.
