The Mt. NOTICE to our employees: 

Effective March 29, 2021, the law in California again changed regarding sick leave related to COVID. 

As you may know, the previous law known as FFCRA expired December 31, 2020. After December 31, 2020, employees were (previously) subject to using their own sick or vacation leave if they became ill or had to quarantine for reasons related to COVID. 

Please note that the temporary Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) ended by its own terms on December 31, 2020.
