Significant Disproportionality

USING THE 2020-2021 DATA, MDUSD WAS RE-IDENTIFIED AS SIGNIFICANTLY DISPROPORTIONATE IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF AFRICAN AMERICAN STUDENTS AS INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED.  

The District is in the process of drafting a current CCEIS plan to be presented to the Board of Education at the October 26, 2022 meeting.  If approved, this will be submitted to the California Department of Education for approval and implementation.
