Welcome to the Mt. Diablo Unified School District Human Resources Department. Dr. John Rubio, Chief of Human Resources, directs the HR department and is dedicated to securing highly qualified administrators, teachers, and support staff, for the children of our District.

Below is the link to use to record the day/times (for our records) and to receive your up to 3-hour flat stipend for your online mandated training. Please first complete ALL your assigned training/s, and then click here to enter your Employee ID number and submit your timesheet.
All timesheets will also be compared to what the Keenan online system shows that you have completed. Do NOT submit a timesheet unless you have completed all of your assigned training/s (which were also emailed to you).
Only complete timesheets will be processed, and timesheets will be sent electronically directly from you to HR.
